Data object of the treatment
It constitutes personal data in accordance with the art. 4 (1) of the G.D.P.R. any information concerning a natural person, identified or identifiable (c.d. Interested party), even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
The Data Controller will process Personal Data of the Interested parties collected during navigation on this Site, the collection of which is the result of the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified subjects, but by their very nature could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties.

In consideration of the international distribution of the products marketed by our Company, some Personal Data may be shared with Recipients that could be found outside the European Economic Area (eg Distributors, credit institutions, consultants or non-EU service providers) only if such sharing is strictly necessary for the execution of the tasks received or for the evasion of the requests received and the Recipients provide adequate guarantees of security of the processing or there are provisions declaring the adequacy of the data protection systems in the countries of destination of the EU Commission .

Storage of personal data
The Personal Data collected will be kept for the time necessary to perform the tasks received or to process requests received. It is needed in any case the further conservation envisaged by the applicable legislation, including the one concerning the prescription pursuant to art. 2946 cod. civ.

Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, to access their Personal Data to find out if a treatment is in progress (Article 15 of the GDPR), rectification or cancellation of the same (Articles 16 and 17 GDPR ) or to oppose their treatment pursuant to art. 21 of the Regulations.
The interested party has the right to request the limitation of treatment in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulations, as well as to obtain, in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning them and to transmit them to another Data Controller, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Rules.
